The GCF is pleased to announce that effective immediately, all current GCF members may apply for a UCI license issued by the Guam Cycling Federation.  The UCI license is an annual license that is required for all athletes and support staff wishing to participate in international UCI sanctioned cycling events.  UCI licensing is not required for participation in local GCF hosted events.  However, if a Guam cycling athlete wants to be considered for GCF or GNOC sponsored international cycling events, a UCI license must be obtained from the GCF.  If you wish to participate in off island cycling races, it is recommended that you check with race organizers for their respective UCI license requirements.  Please note that the UCI expressly prohibits holding a UCI license from more than one national federation.  Dual UCI licensing from multiple countries is prohibited under the UCI constitution.  For more information about UCI licenses, please visit the UCI website at www.uci.ch
