The Guam Cycling Federation utilizes a UCI point system for ranking individual riders that wish to be considered for either National Team consideration or GCF sanctioned international event entries.  National Team qualification may only be achieved if the individual riders meet current GNOC residency requirements.

The GCF maintains rider rankings for Road classification events and MTB classification events.  Male and Female categories are included in each classification.

Point are earned based on placing in individual events.  Points are awarded using the following point scale:

Ties on points between riders shall be resolved by counting up the greatest number of 1st places, 2nd places, etc. on the classification of the races run in the course of the year taking into account races for which points are allocated.

In the event of a new tie, the highest placed rider in the most recent race shall take precedence, whichever his placing.
